S7 300 CPU password protected

Anyone knows how to remove the pasword protection of Siemens S7/300 CPU without having the password? if possible, will there be any data loss?

there is a software which can remove the password of programs in s7-300 or 400 I think.

Canopener and sprot, as far as I know, can only unlock know-how protected blocks in the Step7 program. If the CPU itself is password protected, as far as I'm aware, the only person who can help you, apart from Siemens, is Andy Rothenbacher in Germany:

About four years ago he used to charge about 1100 € for removing the password protection, that may have changed since then.
