[HELP] Panasonic FPX C14T PLC

I am using above mentioned PLC to generate pulses to control stepper motor.
The software i am using is FPWIN-GR.
I've use F175 (linear interpolation).
My ladder diagram is copied from the example from user manual chapter 9.4.10.
I've even tried out the example for F171 Chapter9.4.5.
I've no problem compile or convert it, but when i tried both ladder diagram on hardware, it show an error, which is:

Error code: [45]Operation Error Occured.

Anyone has facing this problem as well??
And may I know how to solve it??
