plz help as fast as u can

hello every body
I have AB SLC 5/05 L533 64k and AB panel view 1250 plus touch screen
my problem is when PLC and panel view star up their is no connection between them till i go to configuration and select the device shortcut and select the SLC Ethernet topology how can i select this topology by default when startup occure?
my seconed problem i can connect the panel view with RSlinx which IP i must use?

First, the communication path needs to be setup in the panelview plus application using RSView Studio ME or Factory Talk View ME (depending on what firmware the panelview is)

Second, you do not use RSLinx to communicate with PanelView Plus terminals. You use RSLinx Enterprise, which is bundled in with RSView/FT View.
