This system shouldn’t have a problem but I having a problem in connection Ethernet module to PC for monitoring system which we provide.
The monitoring system using LabView software.
Actually, I can Ping this device from Command Prompt in windows but can’t Ping in Melsoft or GX developer software.
I would like to know how to setting this Ethernet module and what protocol communication exist in Melsoft software for Labview user. Can you help me and give some guiding for this problem?

If you can ping it then you've setup the IP correctly. But have you gone into "Open Settings" to configure the connections? You have up to 16 possible connections that you can configure. But you need at least one setup to connect with the programming software.

It will depend on what the other app requires.
I connected kepware to a Q but could not get it to talk, I eventually set a UDP block in the setup of the QJ71 & used UDP It worked ok.
I contacted kepware & they informed me that UDP was the way to go, melsoft is usually only used for mitsi products like MX component or their own OPC driver.
