On 3 of the 4 channels I am using them for Pot's. They are being powered by a 5V DC PSU. I the 4th channel is a 4-20mA signal being powered by a 24V DC PSU. Do I need an isolated card (1769-IF4I) or will I be okay with the 1769-IF4?

Let me try to reexplain this. 1-3 channels have 0-5VDC Input Signal. 4th channel has a 4-20mA current differential input from a different power supply (24VDC). Do I need an isolated card?

Save yourself some grieve go with the isolated module.
