Hi All,
I am in need of some pointers with setting up a new WinCC station (7.0 runtime and development licence) with Maintenance Station also installed. Step 7 will be installed on a remote PC and all PLC’s to be read by Maintenance Station are on the same Ethernet layer. I have installed the software as a client and tried to set up a project. If I select a single user station is selected I can not get to the S7 driver suite, if a select a multi user project I get the driver suite but I am then told that a need a sever runtime licence!! Help. I have no experience with WinCC, use IFIX normally, the software was meant to come with some support form a Siemens App’s guy, he is now unviable for some time. And I am now left with some very expensive licences and copping some flack. Any help/pointers will be gratefully received.

Thank you in advance

Jon
