hi every one,I'm confusing for choosing a monitor to use it with the security system to use it to monitor power plants.

According to the Specification posted in the website of samsung, for SMT-1723/1923 and SMC-213/ 214.

http://www.samsungsecurity.com/product/p1_list.asp?cate_id=3

The response time of the LCD is 5 ms but no data that posted for the CRT.
The resolution for LCD is 1280 x 1014, and no data for the CRT.

I’m a little bit worry about both monitors, could any one you plz help me more data about both of these,

and i checked this website which compare both monitors http://www.pantherproducts.co.uk/Articles/Monitors/CRT_LCD2.shtml#Screen Flicker

which one should I choose to purchase for this application.

I discussed this with my partners at our company .. I'm going with LCD but the others

going with CRT ... and we have to take a dicission ... for a resnobal resons.

Your help is highly appreciated.
