Redlion Cadet Display Issues

Hello All
I have a couple of RedLion Cadet HMIs on two identical machines that we just built. One of them has started to display large black bands in parts of the screen occasionally (like when the customer came in for a run off today!)

I will call my rep tommorow morning to find out about warranty replacement - Of course the customer wants the machines to ship Friday.

Has anyone else had this problem? I was looking for an alternative to the AB Panelviews I have used for years, but maybe this wasn't a good choice.

Well that is certainly not the normal operation. And I have not seen that yet with my experience in that new Kadet product. Red Lion has plenty of those units on the shelf so make sure your Rep jumps to get you one right away. Or he may have one to trade out for you as well.
