I am trying to send a setpoint to a rexroth analog controller from a step7 analog output (4 - 20mA) 6ES7332-5HD01-0AB0. Range of the lift is 1600mm. So 4mA = 0mm and 20mA = 1600mm. I have configured the analog channels to 4-20mA and mapped to QW8-15 in HW configuration. When I connect the following inputs to FC106, I would expect the OUT value to be half of 27648. But it gives me 10628 irrespective to the IN value.

TRUE--- EN
800.0 --IN -------RET_VAL 16#0000
1600.0 -HI_LIM
0.0 ----LO_LIM ---OUT 10628
TRUE ---BIPOLAR

Could someone pl guide me in the right direction.
Thanks

Hi,

I just tried it and it works like supposed.

Bipolar should be settled to "False" if you don´t have a bipolar output ie. , the OUT to be between 0-27648, like in your case.

If i change MD2 (Input) between 0-1600.0 MW6 (Output) is changing between 0-27648.
