Tczjr5,
(1). First, make a Timing Diagram to determine when each light should switch, and for how long. I am assuming a 26-second cycle according to the LogixPro Student Exercise instructions.
(2). On Rung 000, change Timer T4:0 Preset from 200 to 260. You need a total traffic light cycle time of 26 seconds.
(3). You only need 1 timer. Delete T4:1 and the entire Rung 001.
(4). On Rung 007, you should change Source B of the EQU instruction from 230 to 131.
(5). On Rung 010, change the LES Source B from 100 to 130. Change the GEQ Source B from 190 to 250.
(6). On Rung 011, change the LES Source B from 90 to 120. Change the GEQ Source B from 60 to 81.
(7). On Rung 012, change the LES Source B from 60 to 80.
(8). On Rung 013, change the GEQ Source B from 90 to 121. Change the LEQ Source B from 200 to 260.
(9). On Rung 014, change the GEQ Source B from 160 to 211. Change the LEQ Source B from 190 to 250.
(10). On Rung 015, change the LIM Low Lim from 100 to 131. Change the LIM High Lim from 160 to 260. Question: Why don't you also use LIM instructions on Rungs 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14? That would save several instructions and be neater.
(11). For heaven's sake, please rearrange your outputs in numerical order. Why have them jumping all around? It is hard to trouble-shoot that way. Try this: O:2/0 on Rung 001, O:2/1 on Rung 002, O:2/2 on Rung 003, O:2/4 on Rung 004, O:2/5 on Rung 005, and O:2/6 on Rung 006.
Now the light should cycle okay. Now, what do you mean by "delay crosswalk"?
