S% CP not communicating

Hi,
We have two S7 and one S5 connected with WinCC. The CP of S5 is not communicating with WinCC, the CP programme is erased accidentally and backup is not available. What are the available options to rectify the situation. Any help from the experts in this forum will be very much appriciated. Thanks
