im308c and s5 155u(cpu948)

i have an old PLC : S5 155U (CPU 948)

i need to connect it to ABB PLC using Profibus-DP, ABB will act as Master and S5 as slave.

I need to know how to do the following :

1- Install IM308C in the same rack with CPU 948
2- Configuring IM308C to act as slave for another PLC (ABB in this case, it doesn't matter anyway)
3- Accessing Memory area of CPU948 from ABB PLC

can anybody thankfully help me in this?

I am not sure if this will help you or not. Sounds like you already have purchased some of this but if not...I bought the below unit and installed it beside an old PLC 5/04. I made the connections and was easily able to connect up using the ethenet. This unit has drivers that allows you to connect up to almost any kind of PLC or protocol and was less than $500! I was supprised to get this working but the tech guys will help you with what ever you need. There number is

The IM308C is programmed via COM Profibus.
