I need to connect my AD 260 CPU to this load cell and show the weight on my C-More panel.

Does anyone know what components or modules I need to buy so I can bring this load signal coming from this load cell?

If you look at the spec pdfhttp://www.ricelake.com/docs/prodinfo/lcg_pdf/RiceLake/single_point/RL1380.pdfyou will see that it needs a clean 10 VDC power supply for excitation. Then you will need an anilog input card, F2-04AD-2, which will fit into an empty slot in your AD-260 rack. Most of the 12 VDC supplies that AD sells can be turned down to the needed 10 VDC.
