After you install it just click on print in MicroWin, then select that as your printer, it will ask you to save it to your hard drive, it will be a PDF

I particularly like PDFCreator because it's not only limted to PDF as an output format, you can also print to graphic formats such as JPEG or BMP, to name a couple. And yes, it's also completely free.
