Gefran PLC Multi-Controller Networking

I had 2 Gefran Bar Meter 2300 and I need to get the read from this 2 meter. Can anyone know how to wiring this 2 meter into my PC?
2300 Model can support the modbus and has an RS-485 socket each for transfer in/out the data.
