Is it possible to convert from ABB AC31GRAF project to Siemens Step7 and via versa ?. Is any possibility to find in the internet any tool like this ?

I have and one more question to make.
I have a Sinaut ST7 MD2 modem and all the Micro/Win32 project unlocked exept the part that the modem takes action. How can i unlock the code for that part ?. It is possible from the internal PLC eeprom to find the code ?. I saw in this forum that some people find the code of the locked project but i dont know if this is capable for locked part of code. The project has 7 parts ( 6 unlocked, 1 locked ).
