Versa View Continous Reboot

Guys,
My Versa View 7000 is acting up again. It is continously restarting/rebooting during start of the OS.What is happening here?
 
Maybe a power supply issue.

Maybe Windoze. Did you make a recovery image using the provided tools?

Do you have the recovery disk? I try to make an .ISO of these when i get a new versaview.
