Invensys's Triconex are TMR, there is even a Nuclear approved unit.

Just for reference they are VERY VERY expensive.
We have many SIL rated systems, an AB SIL-2 rated PLC system typically cost somewhere in the 20-40K range.
A Triconex SIL-3 system typically cost somewhere in the 125-200k range.
Extremely expensive to maintain also.
