I am having issues with a material handeling system
which has 2 carts 1st feeds the 2nd. An encoder is attached to an idle wheel. The wheel rides on steel rails on the floor
carrying 5000lbs of wound paper product.
The counter gets off a little, very often, causing issues
with the roll transfer from cart to cart. I can reset
the counter in the VHSC to 0 ok. But I want to preset
the count to a specific # when a photoeye gets made.
and I can't find my manual. Any help out there?
