What Honeywell PLC would have been in service in the early 1990's
This PLC would be in a food processing industry.
Also any web links for information.

I need a manual for the Honeywell IPC 620

I tried to download the function blocks from Applied Automation

but it is what looks like german ??

Mickey gave you the correct link. Go to the Applied Automation site. The 620 is kind of like an AB PLC 2 but the programming software is harder to use.
