Factory Talk Runtime File in Window

Hi all, is it possible to run the factoryTalk Studio created .mer runtime file in window without factory talk studio?if there are some ways,is that means we can replace factory talk hmi with normal window based pc? thank you for viewing
 
FactoryTalk View Studio is the development environment. FactoryTalk View Station is the stand-alone runtime software that will allow you to run your application on a standard Windows PC. This software requires a license (in other words, you have to buy Station).
