ladder interconnection

I am working on plc project .
can i interconnect the two rung in ladder language,Explain it briefly....

if what you mean is....can i have the logic of 2 segments inteacting at certain places, then yes of course, especially in siemens, as you can use intermediate coils. you can also have various rungs in the same segment.

My theme was that that I am converting relay logic into pl c, it contains two logic lines from live to neutral and they are interconnecting,can i interconnect these two lines as in ladder logic it will rung,can you explain it..
