i want make a rs422 to rs 232 convertor but i cant find real circut for this convertor.are you have correct circuit for this convertor?

Why make one if there are so many already built?

If you insist in making your own circuit, hace a look at the following link. They claim it is used in professional applicatiosn for many years:
