Omron SYSMAC C20H comms

Hi
Having difficulty communicating with Omron sysmac C20H-C6DR-DE-V1)
I need to go online, to back up the code and make some adjustments.
I have Syswin v3.4(333)
and serial cable OMRON XW2Z-200S-CV.
I cannot establish comms with the serial port which the HMI is normally connected to.
Has anyone any ideas, what I could be overlooking please?

i needed to go online with a c28H unit and i used a standard rs232 cable and wired it up according to this http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=31757
and it worked perfectly.

plc pin 1 shield

plc pin 2 - pc pin 2

plc pin 3 - pc pin 3

plc pin 7 - pc pin 5

plc pin 4 - pc pin 8

plc pin 5 - pc pin 7

pc pin 4 bridged to pc pin 6
