Omron SCU31 - Serial Comm

Anyone have used this unit to communicate to a modbus rtu master?

I had found it in my company store but i hadn't try it that can apply to many project in my work.

Many times. Just set up as Modbus RTU slave, set communications settings, set Modbus RTU slave number, set the word types you wish to use, write data to the words you have selected and it is all over. Up to the guy doing the Modbus master then.
Have used it to communicate with Honeywell, TAC etc etc.
Really simple to set up as a Modbus RTU slave.
