I have ESA HMI VT320 W.It is HMI with keys.
My exact problem is a fault massage on hmi.It was showing a massage "wait for boot force" on the site.I was able to download the project once.But after completing 90% download it gave the massage "can't download Firmware".The HMI is again in the same state with the same massage.
I could not download the project second time because I didnt know how to put HMI in transfer mode to download project.
I have been able to get it in download mode somehow,by pressing some combination of keys.i dont know which keys i pressed.
i didnt find any good manual as well.
