Cj1w-drm21 io assignment

HI,

I am new to omron Remote IO PLC, how does we assign the Remote IO card?? do we need other software to configure it?

CJ1M CPU12
CJ1W-DRM21
DCN1-1
DRT2-ID16
DRT2-OD16

HOW DO I ASSIGN THE REMOTE IO INPUT START SAY FROM 3310 & OUTPUT FROM 3205??

Do you have the latest version of CX-One?
You can assign Device Net configuration in CX-Integrator. I have done it once but usually go with the default values.

Your addressing examples seem to indicate fixed allocation.

You should download the W380 manual. Section 4 outlines the procedure for automatically configuring the DRM21.
