PanelView Plus 1000 application loading problem

i am having problem starting my application on panelview 1000 plus.after starting PV+ This error message pops up on the screen "Unable to start Alarm servers,RSView ME is aborting".then when i choose ok This error message pops up on the screen "Fatal Application Error, Application MERun.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.if the problem persits,contact the program vendor"

pls how will i resolve this problem.i hv reloaded the application on pv+ but i still get the same message.
