when i double click dslaunch or csmain- nothing happens

i have direct logic 105 w/ a usb-serial cable with which i am trying to control led lights but i can't get dslaunch to open when i d-click the icon, i even went into program files and tryed opening it there but same problem

Are you running the software with administrator privileges?

This is the most common issue when the software will not start.
