Dear Phil,though I have posted queries,I see that I have not been able to get a single reply.can you please give me some clues as to what could be the causes for the problems that I am faced with.Then atleast I can try on my own.

Hi Manjit,
If I knew the software or the HMI you have mentioned in your last post I would have replied.
I'm sure it is the same for any of us on this site.
