INIReadString in WonderWare

In WonderWare, there is this command that can read a string from a .ini file. It is called INIReadString, is there a similar command to read data from a .CSV file?

I'm trying to display on a pop-up data that is in a particular section in a .CSV file.

Any help is appreaciated.
