hello every body, am working on a project on win cc flex, when ever i try to run my screen or try to download to the touch screen i get error message from windows, what i can do
please help me

Dont know the 2008 version 1.3
I think the latest version os 2008 SP1.
There are hotfixes for 2008, without SP1.

I suggest you install SP1.
If that does not work, you may have to reinstall completely.
