Your PV has DH485 protocol with a RS232 port.
You need PanelBuilder32 software and RsLinx software, a straight thru serial cable. You don't need the 1747-PIC.
You will need to use the 1747-PIC/AIC+ driver in RsLinx. You have to have a real serial port to use this driver.
If you don't have a real serial port then the best way to download or upload a program is with a memory card.
