I have ordered for the below mentioned from AB.

1764-24AWA Micrologix 1500,
12 Digital Input and 12 Digital Output[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]

And I want to know this part number includes the processor or have to order the processor separately.

Yep, Steve is right! Look at p.71 of the selection guide Steve posted.

There are 2 processors available...

1764-LSP (single communication port 7K)
1764-LRP (Dual communication port 12K)

To get a complete system u need:
1).Processor (depends of ur application needs)
1764-LRP: MicroLogix 1500 RS-232 Processor Unit
1764-LSP: MicroLogix 1500 Standard Processor Unit
2). Base (depends of ur application needs)
1764-24AWA: MicroLogix 1500 Base 120V AC In / Relay Out / AC Power
1764-24BWA: MicroLogix 1500 Base 24V DC In / Relay Out / AC Power
1764-28BXB: MicroLogix 1500 Base DC In / DC FET & Relay Out / DC Power
