Hi
How do I configure high and low limits for a number entry

I know I can program limits in the PLC to catch this. I have looked into WinCC and cant see anywhere to do this. Do I need to invoke a script to run once the user enters the value to evaluate it

You'd think you need to configure this in the IO-field. But in WinCC Flex it's different. The IO-field is linked to a tag and in that tag you set the high/low limits.

In Properties > Limits you can set limits. Limits being either a constant or a tag.
