factory talk view studio me PV 600 +

I have programmed a Panelview 600+ using Factory talk view studio me. Having problems with the alarms how to get them to trigger and how to get the alarm screen to pop up. I have read online help and set the correct bits but still no luck. Has anyone used alarms in there PV and how did one do it please?

First thing, I usually forget to check the alarms checkbox under the Startup settings in the project explorer until I do testing. If you don't, nothing with work.
