How to install Intouch License from USB

I´m trying to install Intouch 10.0 license key with the usb flash-drive provided with the Installation CDs. But I have the following problem:

When I plug the usb flash drive I can´t see this drive with the
"License Utility"

I´ve installed some drivers with the "Sentinel Protection Installer 7.3.2", however I cant get it work.

Does anyone knows how to do this?
 
I'm not sure what the answer is to your question, but have you tried to copy off the license file from the USB to another drive?
