factory talk ME

Greetings, I have a PV 600+ Using Factory talk ME. I programmed a string input enable. when I run the program a popup keyboard appears but the arrows don't work I can input the alphanumerical characters but I have to use << & >> buttons then F1 to select character. Soooo Painful. Is there no way I can get the arrows keys working in the popup keyboard?

Are you referring to the actual physical arrow keys or touch screen key objects?

Sorry the physical arrows it is not a touch screen. PV 600+ non touch. keypad.

Help Panel view 600 + non touch. Pop up keyboard ugly control. move left right not up down. Faster to sms surely there is something wrong or a different configuration is available. I have tried the scratchpad and keyboard. Is there anyone else that has used factory talk ME or knows how to make the pop up keyboard work better.
