Getting RSLinx data into Visual Basic app

Hi All

Need some help with DDE.
We are using a FTView SCADA communicating with CompactLogix n Micrologix PLC.
I need to get some tag values in Visual Basic application.

Basically want to view Live data of SCADA in a Visual Basic application through DDE from RSLinx.

Anyone with slightest of ideas??
ie what need to assign to LinkMode and LinkTopic property of a TextBox in VB application.
or any other method????

Quick Help will be appreciated..........
