just wondering if anybody has ran across this fault before?
We have a 1756-L55 controllogix5555 controller, a 1756-M03SE sercos interface, and a 2098-DSD-HV220-SE drive. we will sometimes get this fault after power outage, we can only clear after turning power off several times. i haven't found much info on this fault, (cause or fix) thanks.
 
Take a look at the drive. The seven segment display will have an error code. Look that up in the drive manual
 
The drive doesn't show any error codes on the seven segment status led. The module status LED is flashing green.
