Siemens Simatic Plc Starter Kit

Hi all,

I would be greatfull if anyone could let me know how to get my hands on a Simatic S7 Starter kit.

Or indeed any other usefull info for someone looking to programme a siemens plc.

I know the best way to learn is to get stuck in to it yourself, so I am looking to purchase a reasonably priced starter kit so I can do just that.

Located in the UK, I have tried contacting a few suppliers and they were not that helpfull.

Are you currently working in the automation or are you a student ??

I am an engineer branching out into the automation field.
