Encoder from siemens

I have an icremental encoder from siemens

6FC9320-3XX02
1000 ppr
5 vdc

i want the data sheet and the connection wiring for this encoder

Check your part number. I used it to search at the Siemens site and got no results.

i also searched at the Siemens site before i put this thread , and i found also no result !!

so i also checked again this part number and it is O.K !!

i opened the cover for an encoder and i found ten terminals

the first six terminals are : A , A bar , N , N bar , B , B bar

but i have four terminals , i do not know what are the function of them , as it must be two of them are the power as 5 vdc and what are they ?? , and what are the function of the another two terminals ??

This link is to a manual for an IP240 module for an S5 system. On page 4-11 (42 in my pdf view), there is a pinout. It references a 6FC9320-3 encoder.

I also saw a reference in a manual for an IP281.

I found this by only searching for 6FC9320.

If I had to guess, I would say this product is no longer manufactured.
