Programming for real time clock application in S7-200.

I want to use S7-200 plc for real time application>can someone help me in this.
How to feed the time in plc.
I have to switch the application at a particular time on selected days .
Also if there is power failure it should retain the time.
If someone could ghive me the sample program it would be of great help
