Simatic OP37 panel Freeze

Dear all,
i have a problem with Simatic Panel OP37 , It freezes , Press any key but there is no reaction (Like Microsoft Windows ),but when i am reset power ( Disconnect then connect power supply ), everything becomes OK for just for few minutes. untill next time it freezes again , Any one have the solution for this Problem

I hate to say this but it sounds like your OP has had enough.
Most likely a non recoverable internal error by the sound of it.
Time for replacement.
I'm sure others will chime in shortly.

Is the OP37 operating as a "normal" OP, or does it operate in socalled "DOS mode" ?
In DOS mode, there must be a memory card, hard disk or similar to store the runtime program. Maybe this memory card or harddisk is the problem (quite likely after many years).

Even if the panel is operating in DOS mode, and the memory card / hard disk can be fixed, then you should start thinking about replacing the panel. It is just a question of time, and spares are impossible to get.

i think this OP operating as a "normal" OP , not in "DOS mode" ,
because it haven't hard disk ,
But it connected to "6ES5 308-3UC11" MODULE ,and this module have flash EPROM "6ES5374-1KH21" 256kB ,
So i need to take backup of the running project,
