Request for CH D100A software that does not require a dongle (Hardware Key)

Does any any does have this software for Cutler hammer PLC D100 software that does not require a dongle (Hardware Key) .

jrwb4gbm has sent me this software but i've acidentaly deleted the original file(zip) i've got the extracted file but some how it does not work.
So i'll need this file again.

I've got that software EXPDD2040-V2 Software_2065 but it still required a hardware key to communicate with the PLC which i dont have hardware key for it.
