I would suggest that you clarify your question, do you need a serial cable pinout so you can make your own cable?

RS Trainer 2000, 5 , or 500 , or RSLinx
All the RSTrainer 2000 need an activation file is this what you are refering to.
RSTrainer is a power point video training unit only, and has no need for a serial cable
A demo of RSTrainer used to be available with RSlogix or RSLinx and may still be on the discs
RS trainer is only a PP training device as described above.
It runs a CD AND a 3 1/2 licensing floppy at the same time. They are a fair training aid and help explain some things well. While it is interactive with Logix it is not a Logix license.
