S7-200 analog out put

Hi all,
I am new to plc and want to learn siemens s7-200, can you explan, I want analog out put from analog input 0-10Vdc and out 0-10Vdc comparing a Encoder 1024 PPR 1400 RPM if motor rpl reduce it will sense by encoder and increase out put as demanded, motor rpm controlled by frequency inverter

That is not really a beginners project and will require a lot of learning. You will need to be able to use Interrupts, High Speed Counters, Integers, Double Integers, Real Numbers, Averaging and PID loop control. You might want to start with something a bit simpler and work your way up, or split the project in to smaller chunks. Maybe start with how to read an analogue input and control an analogue output. Either way you will need to read the Siemens manual cover to cover.
