about using GSM/GPRS modem:MD720-3 for DATA communication with S7-200?

hello every body

i just ask(if it is possible) how can i use incoming and outgoing data connections (CSD)for wireless DATA communication between two s7-200?.

or this DATA communication is only used in combination with TIM devices of the SINAUT ST7 system(S7-300) ?
