Why are you replacing the analog i/p card?
Have you tried searching the forum yet? (If so, you'd have learned that we don't do your homework...)
Why haven't you read the book yet?
Why don't you ask your instructor or pay attention in class?

You see... the homework/test is NEVER over material that you weren't supposed to have already learned in class.

What type of step programming is that? I'm most familiar with sequencers and bit logic methods of step programming

Connect the Mains to Channel 1 and that's it job done. Hope this helps...
