I built and programmed a pick and place to put chocolate into the lugs of a flow wrapper it works fine if the chain resets off a prox switch every revolution But I had to add anew product and cant reset until the fourth revolution and the drop position wanders further off until it resets. I dont think I have the encoder wired or set up in the HSC function file correct.

C5:0 was the high-speed counter element in the MicroLogix 1000 controller (fifteen years ago).

In the MicroLogix 1100/1200/1400/1500 the high speed counters have specific Function Files and you're going to address them as HSC0, HSC1, etc.

When working with high-speed counters, I get out the Instruction Set Reference and often the Quick Start for MicroLogix HSC functions: Knowledgebase Answer ID # 17447.
